Menu

 

Mid West Triple Cooked Beef Rib,

lightly smothered in a Whiskey Mushroom Cream Sauce Served next to Buckwheat Rice Vermicelli.

Served with Evan Williams – Single Barrel

Smoked Trout Hash,

(smoked ruby red trout anda medley potato hash) cooked with Leeks Shallots Garlic and herbs with a light Béarnaise.

Served with Bernheim WheatWhiskey.

Hand Crafted Hickory Smoked Boudin Sausage,

accompanied with Creole Red Beans, and Fried Green Tomato.

Served with Rittenhouse Rye – 100 proof bottled in bond

Smoked Duck Breast encompassed in a Pancetta Taco Shell,

and topped with sprouts, herbs and finished with a Thai Peanut Sauce.

Served with Elijah Craig – 12yr.

For Desert,

a slice of decadent Pecan Pie, and Manders 50/50 Cherry Manhattan. Made with 50% Evan Williams, 50% Evan Williams Cherry Reserve Liquour, and a splash of sweet vermouth.

Osso Bucco Veal w/Bourbon Barrel Quad Demi-Glace,
